Job Role

We are looking for an IT Hardware Executive to provide technical support, maintain computer hardware and systems, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, scanners, and other hardware.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and basic software-related issues.
- Provide technical support to staff and users.
- Maintain IT equipment, hardware inventory, and records.
- Install and configure operating systems and required software.
- Troubleshoot LAN, networking, internet, and connectivity issues.




- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and technical support.
- Ensure regular maintenance and smooth functioning of IT systems.
- Maintain proper documentation of IT assets and service requests.

Skills Required
- Good knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of LAN, networking, and Windows operating systems.
- Ability to install and configure software and hardware.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong coordination and troubleshooting abilities.
- Prior experience in a healthcare/hospital environment will be an advantage.

Location: Dadar East, Mumbai Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
