Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Engineer to support and maintain the IT infrastructure across our corporate offices, warehouses, and retail stores. The role involves managing IT assets, network infrastructure, firewall security, CCTV systems, POS devices, vendor coordination, and providing end-user technical support to ensure seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for corporate offices, warehouses, and retail stores.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, POS systems, barcode scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, VPN, and overall network connectivity.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewall devices to ensure network security and secure remote access.
- Manage and maintain CCTV systems, biometric devices, DVR/NVRs, and other security equipment across all locations.
- Coordinate with IT vendors, internet service providers (ISPs), hardware suppliers, and AMC partners for procurement, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution.
- Support new retail store setup, including IT infrastructure, networking, CCTV, POS systems, internet connectivity, and device installation.
- Ensure smooth functioning of POS terminals and payment devices at retail stores.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, warranty records, and documentation.
- Configure user accounts, email,



printers, shared drives, and access permissions.
- Perform software installations, operating system upgrades, antivirus management, security patching, and routine preventive maintenance.
- Monitor system performance, backups, and network health, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Respond to IT incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs and provide remote as well as on-site support when required.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies, data protection standards, and company guidelines.
- Prepare IT reports, documentation, and support records for management.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and desktop troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with firewall management (Fortinet, Sophos, SonicWall, Palo Alto, etc.).
- Good understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi.
- Experience in supporting retail IT infrastructure, including POS systems and store technology.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, biometric access control, and surveillance equipment.
- Experience in vendor management and coordination.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and endpoint security solutions.
- Robust troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to retail stores for installations, audits, and issue resolution.
