Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

IT Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of

Life Insurance and General Insurance applications. The ideal candidate should have robust technical expertise in

Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Microservices, APIs

, and experience managing

Agile/Scrum delivery across multiple teams.

Scrum Master certification or hands-on Scrum Master experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project delivery for

Life Insurance and General Insurance applications.

- Manage Agile/Scrum teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, release management, and stakeholder communication.

- Drive Java (Spring Boot, Microservices) and Angular application delivery.

- Act as a

Scrum Master when required by facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and removing delivery impediments.

- Ensure quality, security, performance, and compliance throughout the SDLC.

- Collaborate with Business, PMO, QA, DevOps, Architecture, and Infrastructure teams.

- Track delivery metrics, risks, dependencies, and project milestones to ensure successful delivery.

Required Skills

- 15–20 years of IT experience with





3–5+ years in Delivery Management

.

- Strong hands-on knowledge of

Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Microservices, REST APIs, Kafka, Angular 14+, TypeScript, SQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL, Redis

.

- Experience with

CI/CD, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps/GitHub, Grafana, ELK, Prometheus

.

- Good understanding of

OAuth2, API Security, OWASP, Vault/Key Vault

.

- Hands-on experience in

Life Insurance and/or General Insurance domains, including

Underwriting, Policy Administration, Claims, Product Configuration, Billing, Reinsurance, Distribution, Partner Integrations, or Core Insurance Platforms

.

- Strong experience working as a

Scrum Master or leading Agile delivery teams, with hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile best practices.

Preferred Skills

- AWS/Azure Cloud

- Camunda/Flowable, Drools

- JMeter/k6, Cypress/Playwright

- Knowledge of

IRDAI compliance and regulated release processes

- Experience with

Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, or other core Insurance platforms is an added advantage.
