Role & responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements by working closely with stakeholders and documenting their needs. Review existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend automation or optimization solutions. Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout projects.

Support project planning, requirement prioritization, Agile activities, and change management initiatives. Develop user stories, test scenarios, and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business expectations. Prepare reports, documentation, training materials, and support end-user adoption of recent systems and processes.

Required:

- Graduate or Masters Degree with 5 years in Information technology, Computer science Engineering with at least 2.6+ years in healthcare (CPO/BPO, payer, provider, or health tech).
- Experience working on IT, digital transformation,



or business process improvement projects.
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Exposure to cross-functional and stakeholder management activities.
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills; ability to engage clients, executives, and technical audiences

Preferred candidate profile

- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
- Experience in data analytics, reporting, and dashboard development.
- Familiarity with AI/ML productization and agentic systems, preferably in healthcare operations.
- Exposure to change management and business transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to support process improvement, automation, and digitalization programs.
