Key Requirements

- Candidate must have hospital industry experience.
- Expertise in Financial Counsellor , IP Billing, TPA Billing, CGHS Billing, and Cash Billing.

- Hands-on experience in insurance claim processing and claim documentation.
- Strong knowledge of cashless and reimbursement claim procedures.
- Experience in patient counselling regarding treatment estimates, billing, insurance coverage, and financial assistance.
- Ability to coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, doctors, and patients.
- Knowledge of hospital billing software and healthcare regulations.

- Positive communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to resolve billing and insurance-related queries efficiently.
- Graduate in any discipline; healthcare/hospital administration background preferred.

Preferred Experience: 5 years in a hospital as Financial Counsellor Interested candidates can share their resume.
