Hiring B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc / B.Sc. with 3–5 years of experience in an IPQA/QA role.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-process checks during manufacturing, filling, and packing operations to ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, and batch records.

Monitor critical process parameters and document deviations in real-time.

Perform line clearance activities before batch processing.

Ensure proper labeling, material usage, and housekeeping practices on the shop floor.

Identify and report any quality non-conformities or potential risks.

Assist in the investigation of deviations and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Collaborate with production, QC, and warehouse teams to maintain smooth and compliant operations.

Prepare and maintain IPQA-related records, checklists, and logs.

Requirements





- Must have positive capability to review documents like BMR, BPR, SOPs, Analytical Reports, and Trends.
- Must be able to handle QMS-related documents like Deviations, Change Control, APQR, SOPs, BMR, BPR, Trends, and Market Complaints, including review of their CAPAs.
- Must have keen eyesight over shop-floor-related activities like: In-process checks /Line clearance /Batch reconciliation/Completeness of batch-related documents like BMR/BPR/Log books.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
