Job Summary

Anand Enterprises is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Invoice Generation Executive with 2-5 years of experience in invoice processing, billing, and accounting support.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate accurate customer invoices.
- Prepare GST-compliant tax invoices, debit notes and credit notes.
- Verify purchase orders before invoicing.
- Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch and Accounts.
- Maintain invoice records.
- Verify pricing, quantities and taxes.
- Handle invoice amendments.
- Prepare billing reports.
- Support Accounts Receivable.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Invoice Generation, Billing or Accounting Support.
- Knowledge of GST invoicing.
- Experience in customer invoices, debit and credit notes.
- Robust attention to detail.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
