NFund Accounting

- Maintain books and records for Private Equity funds and related entities
N
- Process capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations
N
- Prepare monthly/quarterly NAV packages and financial statements
N
- Perform bank and portfolio reconciliations
N
- Track investment activity (funding, exits, valuations)
N
- Calculate management fees, carried interest, and expense allocations
N
- Support audits and investor reporting
N

nInvestran Support

N

n
- Act as SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Investran
N
- Perform data uploads, validations, and reconciliations within the system
N
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT/vendors
N
- Support system upgrades, testing (UAT), and enhancements
N




- Maintain chart of accounts, investor data, and fund structures in the system
N
- Generate and customize reports from Investran
N

nRequired Skills:

N

n
- Bachelor's degreein Accounting, Finance, or related field
N
- 2–4 years of experiencein Private Equity / Alternative Investment fund accounting
N
- Strong hands-on experience with Investran (core requirement)
N
- Good understanding of fund structures (GP/LP), capital activity, and waterfalls
N
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP / IFRS)
N
- Robust Excel skills
