Job Summary:

The Investor Relations Analyst will play a key role in managing investor relationships, generating investor interest through cold outreach, maintaining investor databases, and tracking relevant market transactions to support the firm's deal pipeline. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, relationship management, and research skills, with prior experience in investor relations, financial services, private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or wealth management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct cold calling and outbound outreach to prospective investors, family offices, HNIs, institutional investors, and strategic partners.
- Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential investors.
- Coordinate investor meetings, follow-ups, and engagement activities.
- Maintain and regularly update investor databases, CRM systems, and contact records.
- Research and track the latest investment transactions, M&A; deals, fundraising activities, and market developments relevant to the firm's deal flow.
- Prepare investor presentations, reports,



teasers, and other communication materials.
- Support fundraising initiatives by identifying and qualifying prospective investors.
- Ensure timely communication with investors regarding investment opportunities and portfolio updates.
- Work closely with the investment team to align investor requirements with deal opportunities.
- Generate periodic reports on investor engagement, outreach performance, and market intelligence.

Key Skills:

- Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Wealth Management, Financial Services, or Capital Markets.
- Proven experience in cold calling, investor outreach, and relationship management.
- Robust understanding of financial markets, investment products, and fundraising processes.
- Experience in maintaining CRM systems and investor databases.
