About the Role

We are looking for a hard-working, detail-oriented, and motivated professional to join the finance and operations function at EverFlow Partners an India-focused public equities investment firm.

This is a high-ownership, fast-growth opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in the finance and investment management industry. As part of a small and agile team, you'll play a key role in managing the firms trading, client onboarding compliance, finance & accounting functions working closely with senior leadership and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage trade execution, settlement, bank instructions, reconciliations, and performance reporting.
- Liaise with fund administrators, custodians, brokers, and consultants to ensure compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise accounting, reconciliations, expense tracking, and reporting. Coordinate with external accountants and auditors to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
- Assist with new client onboarding & existing client service requests
- Implement and continuously improve internal workflows for efficiency, accuracy, and control.

What Were Looking For

1. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration.



CA Inter or MBA or equivalent professional qualification will be an added advantage.
2. Experience (2–7 years): Prior experience (up to 7 years) in equity trading operations (order placement, monitoring, settlement), accounting, back-office settlement or client management is preferred. Strong execution orientation, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are must-haves.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, familiarity with accounting principles and financial systems is an advantage.
4. Drive & Ownership: We’re looking for individuals who take initiative, meet deadlines, and deliver with accountability. You should be execution-focused and eager to contribute to building institutional-grade processes in a small-team setup.
5. Personality Fit: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Integrity, reliability, and a team-first mindset are critical. The candidate should enjoy working in a collaborative and high-trust workplace.
