Roles & Responsibilities:

- Conduct engaging training sessions on Investment Banking, Financial Markets, Equity Research, M&A;, Financial Modeling, Valuation, and Financial Analytics.
- Stay updated with evolving financial regulations, accounting standards, industry tools, market trends, and best practices to ensure training remains relevant and industry-aligned.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and explain them in a clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand manner.
- Mentor and evaluate learners through doubt-solving, coding support, project guidance, assessments, performance tracking, and career preparation including portfolios, resumes, and interviews.
- Continuously enhance training programs by learning resources with emerging technologies, while collaborating with content teams.





Job Qualification & Skill Sets:

- 1-8 years of training and teaching experience with a strong finance background, with a solid passion for teaching and empowering students to build successful careers in finance.
- Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Finance(certification in financial & stock market related course preferred)
- Ability to effectively address and resolve students queries with clarity and patience.
