We're Hiring | Business Development Manager / Sales Manager | Square Yards

? Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

? Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹6 LPA + Unlimited Incentives

⚡ Immediate Joiners Preferred/ Please Note: Freshers are not eligible for this role.

We're seeking professionals who have:

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Experience in Sales or Business Development (Mandatory)

✔ A strong understanding of the real estate market or local market

✔ Solid negotiation and relationship-building abilities

✔ A self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive approach

✔ Confidence in handling field sales and client interactions

Key Responsibilities





? Identify and engage prospective clients through multiple communication channels

? Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property solutions

? Schedule and conduct client meetings

? Coordinate and manage property site visits

? Build long-term customer relationships based on trust and service excellence

? Negotiate effectively and drive successful deal closures

Eligibility

✅ Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline (preferred)

✅ Proven experience in Sales or Business Development

✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

✅ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

✅ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
