Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and computer-savvy Inventory & MIS Executive to support inventory audits, MIS reporting, e-commerce backend activities, and basic IT support for our retail business. The ideal candidate should have good Excel skills, an analytical mindset, and a willingness to learn and travel occasionally for store audits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct periodic physical stock audits at the Jaipur store and reconcile with system records, with occasional visits to outstation stores
- Reconcile Inventory records including stock transfers, pending approvals, job work, and Inventory transactions using Excel/Google Sheets
- Provide first-level troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, CCTV, and other basic IT issues, and coordinate with external vendors whenever required.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to inventory, sales, and stock reconciliation.
- Handle e-commerce backend tasks Claims, returns/order reconciliation, and inventory updates.




- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to inventory and operational activities.
- Assist the reporting manager in day-to-day inventory, MIS, and operational tasks.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BCA or equivalent).
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, filters, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in Inventory, MIS, Back Office, Retail Operations, or a similar role.
- Freshers with robust Excel skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and peripherals.
- Based in Jaipur (open to occasional short-term travel for outstation audits)
- Honest, detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.

Salary: 15,000–20,000 per month (based on experience, skills, and interview performance).
