Key Responsibilities

- Plan and validate inventory allocation across the Mother Warehouse and regional 3PL warehouses (Prozo, Emiza, Quickshift) located in Gujarat, Maharashtra, Gurgaon, Tamil Nadu, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and West Bengal.

- Manage inventory across multiple sales channels including Amazon, Amazon Alpha, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and Shopify.

- Optimize inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and overstock situations.

- Coordinate kitting activities and ensure timely availability of finished goods and packaging materials.

- Prepare weekly and monthly Plan vs. Actual inventory reports and monitor allocation percentages.

- Track sell-through performance, inventory utilization, and regional stock movement.

- Maintain accurate inventory synchronization across NetSuite ERP, Uniware OMS, Amazon Seller Flex, Amazon Vendor Flex, and Shopify.

- Resolve inventory discrepancies between ERP, OMS, and physical warehouse stock.

- Coordinate with warehouse teams, vendor management, procurement, logistics partners, and 3PL providers for smooth inventory operations.





- Prepare inventory MIS reports and support management with data-driven insights.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2 to 5 years of experience in Inventory Planning, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, or E-commerce Fulfillment.

- Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP and Uniware OMS.

- Experience managing inventory for Amazon Seller Flex, Amazon Vendor Flex, and Shopify.

- Knowledge of 3PL operations, multi-node warehouse management, and inventory allocation.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, inventory analysis, dashboards, and MIS reporting).

- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Maintain high inventory accuracy across NetSuite, Uniware, and physical warehouse stock.

- Minimize Out-of-Stock (OOS) across Amazon and Quick Commerce channels.

- Ensure accurate regional inventory allocation as per planning.

- Achieve timely execution of kitting and packaging material planning.

- Improve inventory efficiency through data-driven planning and reporting.
