Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Responsibilities

- Review stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Process purchase requisitions efficiently
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, deliveries, and follow-ups
- Approve and manage purchase orders
- Track deliveries and resolve delays
- Resolve quality or documentation-related issues
- Update procurement and inventory systems regularly

Weekly Responsibilities
- Review vendor performance and service quality
- Plan procurement activities based on sales trends
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with suppliers
- Reconcile stock against purchase orders
- Coordinate inter-store or inter-department stock transfers

Monthly Responsibilities
- Analyze purchasing and consumption trends
- Forecast seasonal and festive inventory requirements
- Onboard and evaluate new vendors when required
- Audit procurement records and documentation
- Prepare procurement performance reports
- Plan and execute bulk festive purchases




- Ensure all products are properly tagged and documented

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or inventory management
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and procurement software/ERP systems
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
