- Maintain accurate records of stock purchases, sales, transfers, and inventory balances.
- Reconcile physical stock with system stock and resolve any differences.
- Verify purchase invoices, stock entries, and supplier bills related to inventory.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.
- Monitor stock movement and identify shortages, excess stock, or damaged items.
- Coordinate with warehouse, store, and accounts teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Support stock audits and ensure proper documentation of inventory transactions.
- Track inventory valuation and maintain records for financial reporting.
- Ensure all inventory transactions are entered correctly in the accounting system.
- Follow company inventory and accounting procedures and report any discrepancies promptly.
Timings: 10 AM - 9 PM
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
