Role & responsibilities

Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate daily inventory of all raw materials, ingredients and packaging materials.

- Maintain SKU-wise finished-goods inventory.

- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile physical stock with records.

- Monitor stock movement, consumption and wastage.

Purchase Planning

- Monitor inventory levels and identify when materials need to be reordered.

- Prepare purchase requirements and coordinate with suppliers.

- Ensure critical raw materials and packaging materials are available before production.

- Maintain minimum/reorder stock levels for important materials.

- Maintain daily records of quantities produced, packed and dispatched.

Reporting

- Prepare daily and weekly inventory reports.

- Maintain stock-in, stock-out, consumption and production records.





- Develop and maintain Excel/Google Sheets-based inventory trackers.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-5 years of experience in inventory, stores, production coordination or supply-chain operations.

- Experience in FMCG, food processing, namkeen, snacks or similar manufacturing will be preferred.

- Good knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation.

- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.

- Ability to independently calculate consumption and purchase requirements.

- Positive numerical and analytical skills.

- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

- Hands-on and comfortable working on the factory floor.
