- Provide chat and email support to B2B customers.
- Resolve customer queries professionally within SLA.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Deliver excellent customer service with a problem-solving approach.
- Meet quality, productivity, and attendance targets.
Eligibility
- Valuable written and verbal English communication.
- Strong typing and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of Windows.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Stipend & Benefits
- Monthly Stipend: ₹12,000
- Attendance Incentive: ₹4,000/month (100% attendance)
- Total Earnings: Up to ₹16,000/month
