About the Role We are hiring an International Telecaller to connect with prospective international clients, generate qualified leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team.

The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, confidence while speaking with international clients, and a target-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective international clients.
- Introduce the company’s services clearly and professionally.
- Identify potential customer requirements and generate qualified leads.
- Schedule appointments and follow-up calls for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls, messages, or emails.
- Maintain accurate lead details and communication records in the CRM.
- Prepare daily call, lead, and performance reports.
- Work towards monthly targets while maintaining communication quality.

Required Skills





- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Confidence in communicating with international clients.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer, email, and internet knowledge.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Previous experience in international calling, telesales, or lead generation is preferred but not mandatory.
