Job Overview

We are seeking a confident and fluent International Voice Process Executive to communicate with overseas clients, handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify business inquiries, and support customer engagement activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a customer-first approach while representing the company professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with international clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Communicate with prospective and existing customers to understand their requirements and provide relevant information.
- Generate and qualify business inquiries through outbound calling and follow-up activities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with international prospects and existing clients.
- Schedule appointments, virtual meetings, and callbacks for the concerned business team.




- Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution or escalation of concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, call outcomes, and follow-up activities in CRM software.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and customer support.
- Build positive relationships with international customers through excellent communication and service.
- Meet daily productivity, call quality, and customer engagement targets.
- Represent the company professionally while communicating with clients across different countries and time zones.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Neutral accent with clear pronunciation and strong listening skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer handling abilities.
- Confidence in speaking with international clients over phone calls.
- Good problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software (Zoho CRM preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).




- 1–3 years of experience in International Voice Process, International Customer Support, International BPO, Telecalling, Lead Qualification, or Client Coordination.
- Experience handling customers from the USA, UK, UAE, Australia, Europe, or Southeast Asia will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with excellent spoken English, strong communication skills, and confidence in interacting with international clients are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates should possess a professional attitude, customer-focused mindset, and willingness to work with international time zones when required.
