Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for UK-based clients.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and productivity targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.

Eligibility
- Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Minimum 12 months of International BPO Voice Process experience (Mandatory).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.




- Robust customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits
- CTC: ₹4.0 – ₹4.70 LPA
- In-Hand Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹34,000 per month
