Position: International Voice Process Executive

Location: Banglore

Eligibility

- Qualification: Intermediate / 12th Pass or Degree

- No post graduation are not eligilble

- B.Tech, MBA & MCA candidates are NOT eligible

- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory

- Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts

Work Schedule

- 5 working days

- 2 days off

- Rotational shifts

- Rotational week-offs

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and/or outbound international customer calls

- Communicate professionally with international customers

- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions

- Maintain high standards of customer service and communication

- Follow company processes, quality standards, and performance guidelines

- Document customer interactions accurately

Transportation

- Two-way cab facility available

- Cab facility provided within a 25 km radius of the office

Key Requirement

- Excellent verbal English communication skills

- Positive interpersonal and customer-handling skills

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
