Dy International Sales Manager / Senior Manager

Location: Mulund, Mumbai

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented International Sales Professional with strong experience in FMCG exports to drive global business growth, manage key international accounts, and develop new markets. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in export sales, international business development, exhibitions, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new international markets and generate export business.
- Identify and convert sales leads into long-term business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas customers and distributors.
- Participate in domestic and international trade exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging market opportunities.
- Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and business presentations.
- Coordinate with Operations, Production, and Logistics teams for smooth execution of export orders.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.




- Manage export documentation and ensure compliance with international trade procedures.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate/Postgraduate/PGDM in Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in International Sales/Export Sales within the FMCG industry.
- Proven experience in international business development and overseas client management.
- Experience in attending domestic and international exhibitions is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Export Procedures, Incoterms, Letter of Credit (LC), and export documentation.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
