We are looking for an experienced International Business Development Manager from the Finished Formulations (FDF) Pharmaceutical industry to drive international business expansion. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in developing export markets, managing overseas distributors, and growing B2B business for pharmaceutical finished dosage formulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement international business strategies for Finished Formulations (Tablets, Capsules, Injectables, Syrups, Ointments, etc.).
- Identify and onboard new overseas distributors, importers, and B2B partners.
- Drive export sales across regulated and semi-regulated markets.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with international customers and channel partners.
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, contract finalization, and deal closures.
- Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs for product registrations, dossier submissions, and country-specific compliance.
- Manage export documentation, shipping, and international logistics.
- Conduct market research,
competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with Regulatory, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure timely execution.
- Represent the company at international pharmaceutical exhibitions, conferences, and trade fairs.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience in International Business Development/Export Sales in Finished Formulations (FDF).
- Candidates must be from Finished Formulation pharmaceutical companies only.
- Proven track record in handling international distributors, export sales, and global market expansion.
- Exposure to regulated and/or semi-regulated markets is preferred.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
