Job Title: Telecalling Executive – US Sales

Location: Ramatalkies, Visakhapatnam

Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecalling Executives to join our US Sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage confidently with international customers. Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to US customers and prospects.

Communicate with customers professionally and understand their requirements.

Present and explain products/services effectively.

Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Maintain accurate call and customer records.

Handle customer queries professionally and build positive relationships.

Requirements

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.





Positive spoken English with confidence in handling international calls.

Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

Quick learner with a positive and target-oriented attitude. Willingness to work in the US shift.
