Position: International Outbound Telecom Process

Location: Gurugram

Shift Timings: US-Canada Shift (10 hours working)

Facility: Pick-up & Drop Facility in the Night Shift

Compensation : 3,94,992 LPA

Additional Incentive: Employees shall be entitled to earn up to $50 per month upon achieving the sales target, over and above the fixed compensation.

Role Summary: Entry-level outbound sales role responsible for engaging Canada-based customers, promoting telecom products/services, and driving revenue through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Promote telecom products (plans, upgrades, bundles, retention offers)
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Handle objections and rejections professionally
- Maintain accurate CRM records (calls, conversions, follow-ups)
- Ensure compliance with scripts, quality, and process standards
- Deliver strong customer experience while maximizing revenue
