Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced International Merchandise Executive with a strong background in the Apparel/Textile industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling international buyers, coordinating export orders, managing product development, and ensuring timely order execution from sampling to shipment while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle international buyers and maintain strong business relationships.
- Manage the complete order lifecycle from enquiry to shipment.
- Coordinate with buyers for product development, sampling, approvals, and bulk production.
- Communicate with production, planning, quality, sourcing, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Prepare and maintain order sheets, costing, purchase orders, and production status reports.
- Follow up on fabric, trims, accessories, and raw material availability.
- Ensure product quality and compliance with buyer specifications.




- Coordinate shipment schedules and export documentation with logistics teams.
- Resolve buyer queries and production-related issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, samples, approvals, and shipment details.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of apparel merchandising and garment manufacturing processes.
- Experience in handling international buyers and export merchandising.
- Knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction, and quality standards.
- Good understanding of export documentation and shipment coordination.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP software.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3–8 years of experience in international merchandising within the Apparel/Textile industry.
- Experience working with garment exporters or textile manufacturing companies.
- Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
- Valuable spoken and written English.
- Customer-focused with strong follow-up and coordination skills.
