Job Location

Key Responsibilities

- Provide customer support to international/global customers through chat.
- Respond to customer queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Handle multiple customer chats while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
- Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department when required.
- Maintain a positive customer experience and follow company service standards.
- Work in a professional and growth-oriented setting.
- Be comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts.

Eligibility
- Education: 10+2 / Any Graduate
- Experience: 0–2+ years of experience
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills
- Work Type: International customer support – Chat Process
- Joining: Immediate joiners only
- Candidates should be comfortable working in 24/7 shifts.

Salary ₹3 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA CTC*(As mentioned in the recruitment advertisement.)*

Position Summary The International Customer Support – Chat Process role involves interacting with global customers through chat, understanding their queries, providing accurate solutions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The position is suitable for freshers as well as experienced candidates with strong communication and customer-handling skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
