What You Will Work On
As part of our International Tax team, you will be involved in exciting cross-border projects including:
- International Corporate Tax Advisory, Structuring outbound and inbound investments including
Cross-border tax planning and tax-efficient operating models.
- US Federal Corporate Tax matters and Multi-state taxation concepts.
- Sales & Use Tax (SUT) advisory and audit support.
- Corporate taxation across key European jurisdiction and EU tax directives and cross-border
structuring.
- Tax implications of business expansion across Europe.
- Transfer Pricing: Functional and economic analysis and Benchmarking studies.
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Expatriate taxation planning
Our Team Has Successfully Worked On
- International structures spanning more than 30 countries.
- Tax audits involving over USD 1.5 billion of matters under review and M&A; transactions
exceeding USD 1.2 billion.
- Large and complex US corporate tax compliance matters,
Skills Required Technical Skills
- Qualified Chartered Accountant.
- 1–3 years of experience in taxation, transfer pricing, audit, transaction advisory or related fields.
- Strong interest in international taxation and cross-border business.
- Understanding of Indian corporate tax fundamentals with excellent analytical and research
skills.
