Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager – International with 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong science background and proven expertise in developing international markets, particularly in Africa, Latin America, and Southeast Asia. Experience in finished pharmaceutical formulations (FDF) is highly preferred.

The role will focus on expanding the company’s international presence, identifying new business opportunities, managing distributor partnerships, and driving revenue growth across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, evaluate, and develop recent business opportunities in international markets (Africa, Latin America, Southeast Asia).
- Develop and manage relationships with distributors, agents, and key stakeholders.
- Drive sales growth of finished pharmaceutical products in assigned territories.
- Lead market entry strategies, product registrations, and tender participation.




- Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and contracts with international partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with regulatory, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Achieve revenue targets and ensure sustainable business expansion.
- Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, and business meetings.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related scientific field (MBA preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong experience in international business development.
- Proven exposure to Africa, Latin America, and Southeast Asia markets.
- Experience in finished pharmaceutical products (FDF) is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of international regulatory frameworks and tender business.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
