Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for issuing tickets as per client requirements.

- Responsible for managing all transactions related to non-air services including Rail, Visa, Bus, and Insurance.
- Responsible for ensuring client SLAs are consistently met.
- Responsible for driving PLB carrier sales.
- Responsible for ensuring all supporting documents are uploaded in iBook.
- Responsible for ensuring nil billing pendency at all times.
- Responsible for extending support for submissions by providing all correspondence emails.
- Responsible for handling personal bookings of clients and ensuring timely collection of payments.
- Responsible for coordinating with customers for day-to-day bookings.




- Responsible for ensuring quality service is provided to clients by adhering to organisational standards.

Job Requirements: 1. HSC/Graduate in any discipline

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in International Air Ticketing and Travel Operations.
- Solid knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.

Experience in handling international flight bookings, reissues, cancellations, refunds, and fare calculations.

- Knowledge of airline fare rules, routing, visa requirements, and travel documentation.
- Ability to manage end-to-end travel arrangements for corporate clients.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
