Role Overview

Orange Interior is looking for a goal-driven Internal Sales Executive to drive business growth in our commercial and healthcare verticals. In this role, you will handle inbound leads, qualify prospects (facility managers, hospital administrators, corporate architects), pitch tailored design and fit-out services, and collaborate with the estimation team to convert opportunities into winning contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Qualification & Follow-up: Respond promptly to incoming inquiries from corporate clients, hospital boards, developers, and project management consultants (PMCs).

Client Consultation & Pitching: Understand prospective clients' spatial, functional, and budget requirements; present Orange Interior’s capabilities in commercial and medical interiors.

Proposal & Tender Support: Work closely with Quantity Surveyors and design teams to compile technical pitches, BOQs, and formal project proposals.





Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the CRM database, tracking prospect interactions from initial contact through contract signing.

Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with architects, turnkey consultants, and corporate real estate heads to secure repeat business.

Key Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related fields.

2+ years of internal/inside sales experience, ideally within B2B interior design, building materials, or commercial real estate.

Familiarity with reading basic architectural drawings and technical project specs is a robust advantage.

Excellent presentation, communication, and consultative closing skills.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
