Key Responsibilities

- Order Processing: Handle incoming purchase orders and track shipments.
- Client Communication: Answer customer queries via phone and email.
- Sales Administration: Draft quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Data Management: Update customer records and sales logs in the CRM.
- Team Liaison: Coordinate with finance, dispatch, and production teams.
- Reporting: Generate daily or monthly sales performance reports

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Software: Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and CRM tools.
- Communication: Explicit verbal and written interpersonal skills.
- Organization: Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines.




- Experience: 1 to 3 years in sales support, inside sales, or back-office coordination.
