Job Title: Internal Recruiter Non-IT Recruitment

Location: Bangalore, HSR Layout

Experience Required: 12 Years

CTC: 3 LPA

We are hiring an Internal Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.

Mandatory Requirements

- Only candidates with Non-IT recruitment experience should apply.
- Experience in internal hiring is mandatory.
- IT recruiters are not eligible for this role.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment for internal hiring.
- Hiring Recruiters, Team Leads, and Managers.
- Sourcing and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews.
- Candidate follow-ups and stakeholder coordination.
- Managing the recruitment process until onboarding.





Required Skills
- Solid communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in candidate sourcing and pipeline management.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.

Language Requirements
- English (Mandatory)
- Kannada (Mandatory)
- Telugu (Mandatory)

CTC: 3,00,000 per annum
