Novita Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Internal Auditor to strengthen our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting internal audits, reviewing financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, evaluating internal controls, and recommending process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct internal audits of financial and operational activities.
- Verify accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Review purchase, sales, inventory, and expense transactions.
- Perform stock audits and physical inventory verification.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Evaluate internal controls and identify process gaps.
- Prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations.
- Follow up on audit observations and ensure timely compliance.




- Coordinate with Accounts, Purchase, Sales, Warehouse, and other departments during audits.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting and Internal Auditing.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience with Tally ERP or any ERP software.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and documentation skills.
- High attention to detail and integrity.

Preferred Candidate
- Experience in Pharmaceutical or Manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Salary: Negotiable (Based on Experience)
