Role Description The Intern – Travel Specialist role is an internship position based in Mumbai with a hybrid work model, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the intern will support the planning and coordination of travel itineraries, including bookings, scheduling, and documentation for guided tours and travel services.

Day-to-day tasks include assisting with travel arrangements, responding to traveler inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure a smooth experience from booking through post-trip follow-up. The intern will collaborate with senior team members, communicate with clients and partners,



and contribute to improving travel processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management to plan and coordinate tours and related services effectively.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with clients, guides, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance traveler satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess Business Travel understanding to support corporate or organized group travel needs.
- Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to manage multiple bookings and schedules.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, travel booking platforms); familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Interest in the travel and tourism sector; prior coursework or projects in hospitality, tourism, or related fields is beneficial.
