About Our Group Our SAP Manufacturing Applications team supports and enhances SAP S/4HANA solutions that enable efficient production planning and manufacturing operations across the enterprise. The team partners closely with business users, manufacturing sites, and IT stakeholders to ensure stable operations, continuous improvement, and successful delivery of SAP-enabled business processes.

This internship provides hands-on exposure to enterprise SAP support and manufacturing process integration in a agile business environment.

About The Role - You Will

- Support the SAP functional team in SAP PP-related documentation, testing, and issue tracking activities.
- Assist in validating master data including Bills of Material (BOM), routings, work centers, and production-related data.
- Support basic production planning activities involving planned orders, production orders, MRP, and shopfloor processes.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), system testing, and documentation of test results.
- Work with business users and IT teams to gather issue details, document findings, and support issue analysis and resolution activities under guidance.
- Assist in preparing process documentation, training materials, and knowledge articles.
- Identify repetitive support activities and help document automation opportunities that can improve operational efficiency.
- Support enhancement and continuous improvement initiatives within SAP S/4HANA Production Planning processes.
- Collaborate with senior SAP consultants to gain practical experience in manufacturing support and project environments.

Your Experience Includes

- Basic understanding of SAP Production Planning (PP) concepts including BOM, routing, work centers, production orders, planned orders, MRP, and shopfloor processes.
- Academic coursework, projects, internships, or training related to ERP, SAP, manufacturing, supply chain, or operations management.
- Exposure to business process documentation, testing, or data analysis activities is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn SAP S/4HANA Production Planning processes and manufacturing integration concepts.
