About the Role

Delsin Power is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Solar Sales Intern to join our sales team. The intern will get practical exposure to solar products, lead generation, customer communication, sales follow-ups and the complete solar sales process.

This role is suitable for freshers and candidates who are interested in Sales, Business Development and the Renewable Energy/Solar Industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and handle leads through IndiaMART, calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Contact potential customers and understand their solar requirements.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper communication.
- Qualify leads and identify potential customers.
- Explain basic solar products, solutions and benefits to customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical team for quotations and customer requirements.
- Maintain and update lead information in Excel/Google Sheets/CRM.
- Follow up on quotations and help the sales team in converting leads.
- Maintain daily activity and follow-up reports.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly sales and lead-generation targets.




- Stay updated about solar products, market trends and competitors.

Requirements
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in any stream.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Comfortable communicating with customers over phone and WhatsApp.
- Interest in Sales, Marketing and Renewable Energy.
- Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team.
