We are looking for a Junior Production Intern who is enthusiastic about filmmaking, organized, proactive, and eager to learn the ins and outs of professional production.

Role Overview

As a Junior Production Intern, you will work closely with the production team and assist across various stages of a project — from pre-production and shoot coordination to post-production and final delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to the world of film production, content creation, client coordination, and project management.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Senior Production Manager with day-to-day production and coordination activities.
- Support pre-production planning, scheduling, shoot preparation, and production logistics.
- Assist with script breakdowns, shot planning, call sheets, and other pre-production requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, crew members, vendors, and internal creative teams.
- Assist during shoots and ensure smooth execution of production activities.
- Help manage production schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with editors, designers, and other post-production teams to track project progress.
- Maintain production documents, project trackers, and relevant records.
- Assist with basic administrative and coordination tasks related to projects.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure they are completed within deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications

- Strong interest in film production, advertising,



content creation, or filmmaking.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of photography, videography, or video editing is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Freshers and candidates with little or no professional production experience are welcome to apply.

- Photography / videography experience
- Basic video editing knowledge

- Familiarity with production terminology
- Previous college projects, short films, reels, or personal creative projects

Passion for films and storytelling is a big plus. Pay: ₹8,303.21 - ₹12,000.00 per month
