- Assist in drafting sections of proposals, concept notes, and RFP responses under guidance.
- Help compile and organize content from raw inputs shared by the sales and solutioning teams.
- Format and structure documents to match XED’s proposal templates and brand standards.
- Support customization of proposals based on client profiles and industry context.

2. Proofreading & Quality Review

- Carefully proofread all proposal documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and clarity.
- Check for consistency in tone, terminology, and formatting across documents.
- Identify and flag errors, redundancies, or gaps in content for review.
- Ensure all documents are polished and client-ready before submission.

3. Content Editing & Structuring

- Rewrite or simplify complex or unclear language to improve readability.




- Assist in structuring narratives and ensuring logical flow of content.
- Help maintain a consistent brand voice across all documents.
- Support creation of short-form content like executive summaries and cover notes.

4. Documentation & File Management

- Maintain and organize proposal files, templates, and reference documents.
- Track versions and update documents as per feedback and revisions.
- Support team members in managing document timelines and submission deadlines.

5. Team Support & Learning

- Collaborate with the Proposal Manager and cross-functional teams on live projects.
- Participate in briefing sessions to understand client requirements and proposal objectives.
- Take initiative in learning about XED’s offerings and positioning to contribute meaningfully.

Educational Qualification

- Pursuing or recently completed a Graduate/Postgraduate degree in English, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field.

Experience / Prerequisites

- 0–1 year of experience; freshers and final-year students are welcome to apply.
- Prior internship or project experience in writing, editing, or content roles is a plus.
- Exposure to proposal writing, business communication, or client documentation is an advantage.
- Solid command of written English is essential.

What You Will Gain This internship provides a hands-on introduction to enterprise sales support, business writing, and professional proposal development. You will work directly on live client documents, gaining practical exposure to how leading organizations structure and communicate complex solutions. Over the course of the internship, you will develop skills in business storytelling, quality governance, and document design — building a strong foundation for roles in proposal writing, content strategy, or client-facing business functions.
