We're looking for a creative, execution-focused, and trend-aware Intern Social Media Content Creator to produce engaging short-form videos and AI-assisted content for our organic social media channels.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to create content that captures attention within the first few seconds, increases engagement, and helps grow our brand presence across platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media channels.

(Flexible work schedule with mandatory availability during 12:30 PM IST for DSM)

? Stipend:

₹5000 per month (Fixed)

? Experience: 6 months–2 years of hands-on experience creating short-form video content, social media content, or digital content for brands, agencies, startups, freelance clients, or personal creator accounts.

? Core Responsibilities
- Create engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Research social media trends, competitor content,



and viral formats to develop engaging content ideas.
- Create multiple variations of content to experiment with different hooks, storytelling styles, captions, and editing techniques.
- Produce AI-assisted videos using avatars, voiceovers, AI actors, and AI-powered content creation workflows where appropriate.
- Transform content briefs into engaging short-form videos that align with the brand voice.
- Repurpose existing long-form content into multiple short-form videos and platform-specific formats.
- Create thumbnails, social media graphics, and supporting creative assets when required.
- Stay updated with social media trends, editing styles, platform algorithms, and best practices.
- Organize project files and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to continuously improve content quality and audience engagement.

? Ideal Candidate
- Has experience creating engaging short-form content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.
- Understands social media trends, storytelling, audience retention, and content that encourages engagement.
- Has edited a high volume of Reels, Shorts, or similar video content.
- Has hands-on experience using AI content creation tools and AI-assisted video workflows.
- Robust understanding of hooks, storytelling, captions, pacing, and video editing techniques.
- Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly.




- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently.

- 6 months–2 years of experience creating short-form video content or social media content.

- Experience using AI content creation tools is preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and engaging content creation.
