Key Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

- Enter and maintain accounting transactions and financial records.

- Assist with preparation and checking of invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment documents.

- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

- Assist in bank and ledger reconciliation.

- Verify accounting data and identify discrepancies.

- Maintain proper physical and digital records of accounting documents.

- Prepare basic reports and summaries using MS Excel.

- Assist the senior accountant in monthly accounting activities and reporting.

- Coordinate with internal departments for required bills and supporting documents.

- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
