Responsibilities

- Supervise daily interior work and manage the site workforce.

- Execute work according to approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project schedule.

- Coordinate carpentry, electrical, plumbing, gypsum, painting, flooring, glass, and other interior works.

- Review 2D drawings, detailed drawings, and material specifications before execution.

- Check site dimensions and report discrepancies to the project manager or design team.

- Ensure proper line, level, alignment, dimensions, finish, and workmanship.

- Prepare daily progress reports with site photographs.

- Plan weekly activities and communicate labour and material requirements in advance.

- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, designers, clients, and management.

- Inspect materials delivered to the site for approved quality, quantity, colour, and specification.

- Monitor material usage and minimise wastage, damage, and unauthorised consumption.

- Maintain site records, approved drawings, material samples, delivery notes, and work instructions.

- Record design changes, client instructions, additional work, and site variations.

- Take measurements and verify contractor bills and completed quantities.

- Ensure electrical, plumbing, and other concealed services are inspected before closing ceilings, walls, or cabinets.





- Conduct regular quality inspections and prepare snag lists with rectification deadlines.

- Protect completed work, furniture, fixtures, materials, and client property.

- Enforce site safety, cleanliness, and proper storage of materials and tools.

- Inform management in advance about delays, technical issues, labour shortages, and material requirements.

- Coordinate final inspection, testing, cleaning, snag rectification, and project handover.

Requirements

- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.

- Minimum 2 years of experience with valuable technical and site knowledge may apply.

- Experienced candidates in interior-fit-out projects will be preferred.

- Ability to read and understand interior, electrical, plumbing, and detailed working drawings.

- Basic knowledge of interior materials, execution methods, measurements, and quantity calculations.

- Good communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word, email, and reporting applications.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities.

- Willingness to travel to different project sites.

- A valid driving licence and personal vehicle will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
