Role & responsibilities
- Site Execution: Supervise all on-site interior activities to ensure they meet approved drawings, project specifications, and client requirements.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between interior designers, project managers, clients, and in office labor teams.
- Quality & Finish Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure excellent workmanship, proper FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures, & Equipment) placement, and strict quality finishing standards.
- Resource & Material Management: Forecast material requirements, verify timely deliveries, track inventory, and measure work completion.
- Timeline Tracking: Keep daily/weekly site logs, monitor project progress, and proactively troubleshoot any construction delays.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce site safety rules, keep the workspace organized, and ensure all labor teams follow health protocols.
