Role Description The Interior Site Execution Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for overseeing day-to-day execution of interior projects from start to finish. This role coordinates with designers, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure that project work is completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and timelines.

The supervisor monitors site activities, manages work schedules, verifies material deliveries, and ensures adherence to safety protocols and local regulations. Daily responsibilities include conducting site inspections, resolving execution issues, maintaining progress reports, and updating stakeholders on project status.



The role also involves supporting cost control, minimizing rework through proactive supervision, and helping maintain a skilled and organized site environment that reflects Seedtree’s quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of interior execution processes, including reading and interpreting architectural and interior drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Experience supervising contractors, carpenters, electricians, and other site personnel, with effective coordination and team management skills.
- Proficiency in site monitoring and reporting, including daily progress documentation, quality checks, and issue escalation.
- Understanding of materials, finishes, fixtures, and standard interior construction practices, with an eye for quality and detail.
- Familiarity with basic project planning, time management, and cost awareness to help keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Good communication skills in English and local languages to interact clearly with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Surat full time, including managing multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic project environment.
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred; relevant site execution experience in interiors is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of basic computer tools (email, spreadsheets, project documentation) and familiarity with interior design software is an added advantage.
