Role Description The Interior Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing day-to-day execution of interior projects at client locations. This role includes coordinating with designers, contractors, and vendors, monitoring work progress, and ensuring that designs are implemented according to specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

Supervisor will manage site schedules, track materials, and resolve on-ground issues to keep projects on time and within budget. Daily tasks also involve conducting site inspections, reporting status updates to project managers,



and maintaining clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong site supervision and project coordination skills, including managing daily activities, timelines, and multiple workers on site.
- Solid understanding of interior fit-out processes, materials, and construction techniques, with the ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in basic measurement, quality control, and safety practices to ensure neat, compliant, and durable site execution.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with designers, vendors, and clients, and to handle on-site queries professionally.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address site challenges, resource constraints, and design clarifications quickly and accurately.
- Experience in residential interior projects; prior site supervision experience in the interior Industry is preferred.
- Basic computer skills for reporting, documentation, and coordination; familiarity with project management tools or MS Office is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, or a related field is beneficial.
