Hub and Oak is a commercial real estate and workspace company providing commercial interiors, coworking and real estate advisory services across Delhi NCR. Our interiors division delivers turnkey office and commercial fit-out projects for corporate clients.

Role Overview

Hub and Oak is looking for an experienced Interior Projects Manager to manage commercial interior fit-out projects from handover of design to final completion.

The role requires strong site execution, contractor management, client coordination, budgeting and the ability to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of commercial interior projects.
- Prepare project schedules, execution plans and site timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, contractors and vendors.
- Manage civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, false ceiling, flooring, furniture and finishing works.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor daily progress.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, BOQs and specifications.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors and site teams.
- Track project costs, quantities,



material requirements and variations.
- Review contractor bills, measurements and BOQs.
- Procure and coordinate materials to avoid project delays.
- Maintain quality standards and resolve site execution issues.
- Coordinate regularly with clients and provide project progress updates.
- Ensure compliance with site safety standards.
- Manage snagging, rectification and final project handover.
- Identify delays or cost overruns early and take corrective action.

Candidate Profile
- 4-8 years of experience in commercial interiors / fit-out project management.
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or related field.
- Strong understanding of commercial interior construction and MEP works.
- Experience managing offices, coworking spaces, retail or hospitality interiors preferred.
- Strong contractor and vendor management skills.
- Ability to read architectural, interior and MEP drawings.
- Valuable understanding of BOQs, measurements and project costing.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and client-management skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
