We are looking for a proactive Site Engineer with 3+ years of experience in interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end site execution, coordination, and ensuring timely delivery with quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day site execution and supervision
- Coordination with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
- Monitoring work progress as per drawings and timelines
- Ensuring quality control and finishing standards
- Handling site measurements and BOQ understanding
- Reporting daily progress to project manager
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in interior fit-outs (commercial preferred)
- Good understanding of drawings (civil + basic MEP)
- Robust coordination and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple vendors at site
