Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and creative Interior Designer who can independently handle interior projects from concept development to execution. The ideal candidate should possess strong design aesthetics, technical knowledge, and excellent client-handling skills while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet clients to understand design requirements and project expectations.
- Prepare concept presentations, mood boards, material palettes, and space planning.
- Develop detailed 2D working drawings using AutoCAD.
- Create 3D visualizations using SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or similar software.
- Prepare furniture layouts, electrical layouts, ceiling plans, and detailed execution drawings.
- Select materials, laminates, veneers, lighting, hardware, fabrics, and décor.
- Prepare BOQs, quantity estimates, and cost sheets.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, carpenters, and site engineers.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project execution and maintain design quality.
- Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budget.
- Resolve on-site design and execution challenges.
- Stay updated with current interior design trends,



materials, and technologies.
- Maintain project documentation and client communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial interior design.
- Excellent space planning and design visualization skills.
- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion
- Photoshop
- MS Office
- Knowledge of furniture detailing and interior materials.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and quality.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in interior designing and execution.
- Experience in luxury residential or turnkey interior projects will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate
- Creative mindset with a strong design portfolio.
- Ability to independently manage client meetings.
- Knowledge of local vendors and material sourcing.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.

Pay: ₹10,922.15 - ₹45,623.73 per month
