Role & responsibilities

- Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals.
- Design and conceptualization:
- Develop and present design concepts through mood boards, 2D/3D plans, and renderings.
- Create effective and functional layouts, optimizing space use and flow.
- Material and FF&E; selection:
- Source and select furniture, fixtures, finishes, and decor, ensuring they meet budget and design requirements.
- Produce construction-ready drawings, floor plans, and detailed specifications.
- Project management:
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination to ensure timely and on-budget completion.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Site supervision:




- Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and ensure quality control.
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and local standards.
- Assist in creating marketing materials, such as brochures and flyers, by showcasing appealing property interiors

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: 10 to 15 years in interior design.
- Project Exposure: Proven experience with 4-star and 5-star hotel projects (e.g., Ramada, Sarovar Hotels) or luxury, high-end residences.
- Location & Travel: Based in New Delhi, but requires flexibility to travel to project locations across North India.
